Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Engineering knowledge, skills, and behaviours training aligned to Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship standards.
  • •Create and develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials/resources for delivery sessions.
  • •Support apprentices through coaching and mentoring to keep learners engaged and committed to completing the course.
  • •Conduct initial assessments (including RPL) and monitor progression via regular reviews, assessments, and feedback with learners and relevant teams.
  • •Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and compliance (including Health & Safety requirements), participating in internal quality audits and continuous professional development.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant engineering qualification, or willingness to work towards Level 2 and 3 qualifications.
  • •Ability to deliver training and achieve positive outcomes while working to deadlines and required timelines.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Good IT literacy skills and willingness to travel to other sites and work flexibly, with a full driving licence.
  • •Willingness to undertake continuous professional development (e.g., assessor, teaching, safeguarding, and first aid training) and complete a DBS check.
