Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide unit supply logistics support in the command’s log cell, maintaining a complete understanding of logistics operations supporting theater-level distribution.
  • •Reconcile authorization documents with property records, identify shortages, and coordinate with the National Inventory Control Point for requisition and releases/shipment of high-priority items.
  • •Prepare and process supply and property documentation (hand receipts, lateral transfers, turn-in documents) and complete required forms and shipping paperwork.
  • •Conduct pack, wrap, and ship of inventory via STO/SO, including equipment inspections and transition to theater LMP/RPAT sites after shipment.
  • •Maintain stock and property account records, conduct physical/cyclic inventories, process requisitions, and assist in training subordinate personnel on manual unit supply procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizenship and an active secret security clearance.
  • •Experience at the Property Book level or on a G4/J4 Staff, including the equivalent of an E8 or Senior Warrant Officer background in logistics.
  • •Solid knowledge and experience with supply chain management, including unit supply procedures.
  • •Must be GCSS-Army Certified in Unit Supply and have PBUSE certification/worked at the Property Book level.
  • •Ability to go OCONUS (valid passport required) and complete required International Readiness Certifications.
