•Build seamless, connected trips by guiding the design of a more integrated booking experience across rail, hotels, car hire and insurance
•Establish a high experimentation culture with prototyping and live testing to quickly assess bets and learn.
•Connect the portfolio across New Business bets to ensure a cohesive Trainline UX rather than a scatter of features
•Put AI at the core of how we work, collaborating with UX and product leadership to make AI-driven practices the default
•Build and mentor the expansion team, shaping a culture that scales from zero and sustaining quality as the mission grows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 135,000 annually
