Personal Banker Associate I

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center, using a consultative sales approach to identify and meet customers’ financial needs. After a 9-week onboarding and education program (including rotations in operations and Sales & Service), build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling through calls, appointments, and community events. Process teller transactions and partner with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
