Job Summary

Design and lead a scalable “Technical University” learning ecosystem that builds technical capability across skilled trades, maintenance, reliability, quality, engineering technicians, and frontline roles. Partner with operations leadership, HR, COEs, and external education partners to create curriculum, competency models, certification frameworks, and career pathways. Establish KPI-driven learning and workforce development programs, including blended delivery with labs, simulations, digital platforms, and apprenticeship pipelines.

•Define and implement the long-term strategy and vision for the Technical University aligned with business and workforce needs.
•Build competency models, certification frameworks, and structured career progression for technical talent.
•Design curricula across core technical disciplines and create multi-level training programs from entry-level to expert technician.
•Establish learning delivery and infrastructure, including labs, simulations, and blended learning approaches.
•Build and lead a team of technical instructors, curriculum designers, and learning specialists to drive continuous learning across the organization.
