Key Responsibilities

•Lead a Module Assembly Operations Cell within the North Berwick Modular Assembly Business, providing leadership to hourly employees building module assemblies.
•Own business objectives and line deliverables, communicating and directing efforts across shifts to align and deliver quality product.
•Provide leadership and mentorship to a multi-skilled team assembling jet engine components.
•Apply CORE, Lean, and continuous improvement techniques to implement process improvement initiatives and reduce costs.
•Ensure safe, environmentally sound work; manage training and cross-training strategies to support program growth and attrition.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree and 2+ years in engineering or manufacturing operations, continuous improvement/process improvement, or similar environment; or Associate's degree and 4+ years in a similar environment.
•In absence of a degree, High School diploma/GED or equivalent and 6+ years in engineering/manufacturing operations or continuous improvement/process improvement.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
•Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.
