Dividend - Loan Resolution Specialist II

Work with early-stage delinquent customers to resolve payment issues and reduce losses through outbound collection calls, emails, and texts, as well as inbound support for delinquency, hardship, complaints, and system shut-offs. Document interactions, perform skip tracing, and coordinate with third-party servicers while adhering to Dividend policies, state and federal collection regulations, and the bank’s risk appetite to deliver a positive customer experience.
