Lead Supervisor I

Lead a Coach retail team on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Serve as a brand ambassador and help implement company initiatives to support store operations. Use sales data to identify trends, execute forward-planned strategies, and coach the team on performance. Recruit, interview, train, and provide HR/conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent while enforcing company policies and operational procedures.
