Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate field operations and manage workforce, materials, trucking, and equipment across multiple construction and paving projects.
  • •Plan work 1–4 weeks in advance; maintain and prepare progress schedules, including a two-week progress schedule for all projects.
  • •Oversee hiring, staffing, and training for non-exempt field positions and provide weekly updates at group staff meetings.
  • •Ensure safety and quality: run toolbox talks/TAR meetings, ensure foremen follow safety plans, and verify work meets project specifications and contract terms.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or equivalent leadership role.
  • •Proven experience managing field operations on heavy civil projects valued from $500k to $20M+.
  • •Experience with highway/roadway construction, earthwork/grading, underground utilities, bridge construction, concrete structures, DOT/public infrastructure, or industrial site developments.
