Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and continuously monitor facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety) during assigned shifts.
  • •Provide day-to-day operational support to respond to service requests from facility users.
  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments.
  • •Update preventive maintenance records, checklists, and work orders in logbooks or CMMS.
  • •Troubleshoot and respond to equipment faults, alarms, and service complaints; escalate complex or high-risk issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •A Technical Certificate or Diploma from a vocational school, community college, or recognized training institute.
  • •Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • •Valid AO Chargeman Certificate.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting commercial buildings or facility systems.
  • •Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
