Manage the residential construction loan draw process for timely, compliant disbursement of funds throughout the construction lifecycle. Review and process draw requests by validating documentation such as inspections, lien waivers, title updates, and budget breakdowns. Coordinate with title companies, builders, borrowers, and internal lending teams, maintain construction tracking systems, and support funding execution through wires, payments, advances, and transaction posting.
