Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee 24/7 data monitoring and SLA compliance across core pipelines, including daily standups and high-priority tracking during month-end windows
  • •Drive monthly General Ledger reconciliation, conduct deep-dive variance reviews, and prepare artifacts for DDRO sign-offs to ensure audit compliance
  • •Manage operational incident triage, handle partner escalations, and track resolutions while collaborating with engineering leads on pipeline fixes
  • •Support annual control reviews in Fuse, monitor automated Data Quality thresholds with Data Stewards, and maintain Data Provisioning Agreements (DPAs)
  • •Modernize operational governance frameworks by bridging continuous improvement with customer success outcomes and building measurement frameworks

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,900 - 112,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, Program Management, or a combination
  • •Masters or MBA degree
  • •PMP (Project Management Professional Certification), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • •Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving/influencing skills
