Lead the design and optimization of RF/Microwave transmitter and receiver subsystems for Raytheon’s radar products. Key Responsibilities

•Design and development of transmitters, receivers, or exciters
•Design and optimization of RF circuits – either chains of components or individual parts
•Working with interdisciplinary teams – power, digital, mechanical, etc.
•Schematic capture and RF routing
•Technical support during the transition to production and support to production activities

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
•Experience with Microwave/RF system, subsystem and/or component analysis, design and/or test
•Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST, and/or Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition) and analytical tools (e.g., MATLAB)
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
•Experience working in RF design from concept through production (preferred)
