Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare control philosophy, system architecture, and functional specifications for complex process systems.
  • •Coordinate with internal CA team leads and other engineers and deliver outputs per project schedule.
  • •Ensure deliverables comply with project and client requirements.
  • •Develop and review P&IDs, electrical schematics, and logic/control wiring diagrams, including data sheets and bid evaluations.
  • •Support design reviews by assessing queries/comments/observations and implementing design modification requests/deviations.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of proven industry experience in detailed design and consultancy of instrumentation and control systems.
  • •Strong experience in field instrumentation, control, and automation systems for mining and bulk material handling.
  • •Proven ability to work with PLC, SCADA, and DCS, including developing control narratives, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and I/O lists.
  • •Relevant experience in oil & gas, power plant, or mining/mineral processing consultation, ideally with EPC projects.
  • •A degree in instrumentation and control engineering or a related engineering discipline; a master’s degree is advantageous.
