Senior Technician - Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other vertical transport systems to keep them safe and reliable. Conduct inspections, identify faults, and carry out repairs, replacements, and modifications. Troubleshoot systems across major brands (Kone, Schindler, TKE, Otis), manage third-party inspections, and maintain detailed service records with required documentation. Provide customer updates, follow safety codes, and support on-call service and sales lead generation.
