Job Summary

Lead senior technical delivery for ServiceNow forward-deployed GenAI and agentic AI capabilities within a global ServiceNow portfolio organization. Design and develop solutions across enterprise modules and scoped applications, implementing intelligent workflows, conversational automation, and AI-powered features. Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, and support platform upgrades, releases, UAT, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom applications.
•Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
•Configure workflows and artifacts including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalogs, and integrations.
•Build AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions, translating functional and technical requirements into scalable implementations.
•Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server; support testing, debugging, release management, and platform upgrades/enhancements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of ServiceNow platform development with intelligent workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and CMDB/CSDM implementations, including AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
•Hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
•Expertise in JavaScript Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
•Experience with at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM) and Service Catalog/custom applications.
•Practical knowledge of Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents/Agentic workflows, and AI Search Predictive Intelligence; familiarity with A2A and MCP-based AI integration is a plus.
