Key Responsibilities

•Design and realize RF passive and active circuits for phased array antennas, large RF systems, and RF components.
•Design and test circuits for receivers, transmitters, local oscillators, and RF subsystems.
•Simulate circuit and system performance using tools such as AWR Microwave Office, VSS, Ansys, CST, and MATLAB.
•Collaborate with engineers and technicians to complete RF electronics and RF designs.
•Support RF hardware testing and documentation against performance metrics (e.g., VSWR, insertion loss, power, G/T) and prepare designs for potential production.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on RF engineering background with 5+ years of practical industry experience.
•Experience in RF architecture definition, frequency planning, and RF link budget analysis.
•Proven experience in RF front-end design.
•Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, AWR, and MATLAB.
•Knowledge of RF components including LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, synthesizers, and T/R modules; experience with RF testing/debugging using VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generators.
