Research Operations Program Manager

Design, scale, and continuously improve the systems and tooling that enable high-quality user and market research. Own the operational backbone for participant recruiting and incentives, research repositories, onboarding and L&D, budgets and vendor management, and research culture initiatives. Partner across Engineering, Data, Legal, and IT to maintain compliant, secure tooling environments, while providing hands-on operational support for studies and tracking research activity to improve planning and visibility.
