Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Support safe, efficient operations through strong stockroom standards and processes, moving dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Must be able to work a shift minimum of 4 hours and up to 30 hours per week as needed
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist) including safely climbing ladders
