Key Responsibilities

•Promote Yum!’s How We Win Together principles acting as a role model and providing leadership and coaching to franchisees; lead and support programs to bring to life an RSC that Lives and Breathes Restaurant Operations.
•Lead and review with franchisees to ensure optimal structures, systems, people and processes are in place to drive organisational effectiveness, efficiency and results.
•Lead and assist Franchisees with the fundamentals of Yum! systems.
•Lead and analyze franchisee data and share analyses with franchisees to maximize Pizza Hut Europe’s World Class Operating framework; lead compliance around operating standards including ACE, Dragontail, HutBot, GES, Power BI and training systems.
•Support Franchisees in maximizing sales including hospitality, speed of service and customer experience standards, performance and initiatives

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years overall experience in leading operations in a retail and/or consumer orientated service industry; preferably in multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant environment and with POS/restaurant tech.
