Job Summary

Lead procurement and purchasing operations to ensure business continuity, cost efficiency, and compliance across procurement and logistics. You’ll be a player-coach: manage daily team workload and performance while executing vendor sourcing, quotations, BOM updates, PR/PO follow-up in SAP, contract/PO creation, and vendor negotiations. Also handle logistics/customs support, coordinate payments documentation with Accounting, and maintain procurement governance and ISMS audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily procurement team operations: workload allocation, timeline tracking, quality control, and coaching team members to improve capability.
•Execute hands-on procurement delivery including vendor sourcing, quotations evaluation, BOM creation/update, PR/PO follow-up, and negotiation for pricing and commercial terms.
•Create PO/Contract in SAP and coordinate legal review when required; negotiate vendor contract/SOW and manage execution follow-up.
•Oversee contract and vendor governance, including managing agreements for new vendors and evaluating/onboarding vendors with proper documentation and compliance.
•Support logistics, customs, and payment document coordination: goods receipt tracking, import/export processes, customs clearance documentation, and SAP steps for GR/outbound/PGI as applicable.

Key Requirements

•Strong procurement execution capability including sourcing, negotiation, PO/contract handling, and vendor governance.
•Solid hands-on experience with SAP and procurement documentation workflows.
•Ability to manage people and delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Strong stakeholder management across Sales/Presales/Service/Finance/Legal teams.
•High attention to detail with a compliance mindset and strong ownership.
