Key Responsibilities

  • •BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM implementation strategy and deliver complex international projects.
  • •CDE Management – establish and administer the CDE and support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
  • •Project Management – coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
  • •BIM Execution – create and maintain the project’s industry framework docs (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices).
  • •Technical Support – establish data-integrated workflows for Water Plant projects and provide support, guidance and training to project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •ISO 19650 knowledge and BIM standards expertise;
  • •experience delivering BIM data on large, multidisciplinary energy projects with dispersed teams;
  • •proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Advanced Steel, Plant 3D, Bentley OpenPlant;
  • •experience administering a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise;
  • •strong multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and issue management with tools like Navisworks/Revizto/ACC Model Coordination
