Production Lead

Lead and participate in store production operations to meet safety and efficiency goals. Monitor production functions to ensure compliance with company policies, partner with Environmental Health & Safety to keep the site clean and compliant, and oversee equipment care and preventative maintenance. Assist in hiring, training, delegation, scheduling, and job performance evaluation, spending most of your time working hands-on with the production team while supporting customer care when needed.
