Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and uphold QA/QC standards on construction sites using checklists and acceptance criteria aligned to design specifications.
  • •Collaborate with design, project delivery managers, and commissioning teams to align construction and commissioning with operational needs.
  • •Review data center MEP and discipline plans for operability, improving maintainability and reliability.
  • •Audit colocation partner projects and drive corrective actions for gaps in design, construction, and commissioning plans.
  • •Perform on-site inspections, support testing/commissioning (L1–L5), track NCRs/issues, close punch-lists, and verify handover documentation readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or professional certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Familiarity with data center power and cooling calculations and design benchmarks (e.g., TIA-942, ASHRAE thermal standards).
  • •Experience with power redundancy architectures and maintainability concepts (e.g., 2N, N+1) and cooling redundancy (e.g., N+1/N+2).
  • •Hands-on construction and commissioning experience, including supervision of data hall fit-out activities and support for Level 1–Level 5 commissioning tests.
  • •Practical knowledge of major data center electrical/mechanical systems (e.g., UPS, switchgear, generators/fuel systems, chillers/CRAC/CRAH, fire suppression).
