Job Summary

Drive insurance RFP and technical studies within Aon’s Studies and RFP team, working alongside Commercial and Technical leadership, Claims, and contributors across France and abroad. Lead needs gathering, structure proposals, coordinate inputs, and design, draft, and challenge technical offers and management processes—covering life and non-life lines in attack, defense, or retention scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage RFPs and technical studies with client directors, technical teams, claims, and group contributors across France and abroad.
•Handle life and non-life lines in attack, defense, or retention objectives.
•Identify client/prospect needs and restate objectives.
•Structure proposals and coordinate contributions from the different participants in the project.
•Design, draft, and challenge technical offers and management process approaches.

Key Requirements

•5 years of successful experience in business risks IARDT (insurer or brokerage).
•Bac+5 in Commerce/Assurances.
•Strong organization and rigor, with the ability to absorb, synthesize, and write clearly.
•Structured, analytical, and synthetic approach, with availability and commitment.
•Ability to manage horizontally and run projects; proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluent English.
