  • •Manage and ensure successful completion of all tasks in the assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above.
  • •Lead a team of IT professionals and watch officers that maintain, develop, and operate a suite of applications supporting DTRA leadership.
  • •Apply agile methodologies to develop and modernize applications.
  • •Partner with DTRA leadership to define requirements and priorities, develop plans, and communicate status.
  • •Control cost, schedule, and scope using program and project management techniques; support proposal and task order solicitations.
