Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes for quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Analyze and resolve production issues using corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and performance.
  • •Coordinate and supervise assigned production areas to ensure process repeatability, product quality, workplace organization, and resource availability.
  • •Lead and support new product introductions and process launches to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • •Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and monitor performance using KPIs/OEE, supporting audits and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field from Lodz University of Technology.
  • •Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an international manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and create technical and manufacturing documentation.
  • •Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
  • •Communicative level of English, including technical English, both written and spoken.
