Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the site’s multi-year capital investment and technical improvement strategy, including project justification, cost control, risk management, and financial closeout.
  • •Lead capital projects from concept through design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and operational handoff; manage external firms, manufacturers, and contractors.
  • •Establish and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and equipment reliability strategy, advancing preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • •Improve asset reliability, equipment availability, maintenance planning and scheduling, spare-parts management, and technical documentation; strengthen mechanical, electrical, controls, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • •Partner cross-functionally as the senior technical advisor on equipment, infrastructure, utilities, and automation; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and recurring losses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •8+ years of progressive engineering, maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects and maintenance or reliability programs.
  • •Experience managing capital projects, including scope, budget, schedule, contractors, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • •Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, utilities, and industrial manufacturing systems.
