Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute 1:1/1:few ABM strategies for a focused portfolio of Strategic and Enterprise health system accounts
•Partner with Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and RevOps on account planning, whitespace analysis, stakeholder mapping, and deal acceleration
•Own the tactical engine: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator + paid), personalized gifting/direct mail, executive programs, and outbound sequenced into buying-committee journeys
•Turn industry moments into account-specific pre/at/post-event plays in partnership with Field/Events
•Use AI across the workflow - research, personalization, insight synthesis, and lightweight automations with strong QA and brand control

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually

•Demonstrated AI fluency: research, analysis, and content workflows with human QA; tools like Claude
•Strong analytical mindset tied to pipeline, win rates, and revenue - not vanity metrics
