  • •Lead, develop and guide the energy and DAS team, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines, meeting targets, and continuous performance/quality improvement.
  • •Assess energy viability of candidates for different products, ensuring technical adherence and deployment feasibility.
  • •Manage and maintain energy status for each site, including tracking provisional and definitive energization and keeping information updated.
  • •Coordinate energization requests with utilities, ensuring technical and documentary requirements are met.
  • •Direct the team in resolving energy-related issues, including faults, outages, and reconnection processes to maintain site continuity.
