Equipment Project Specialist

Manage HVAC equipment projects by administering scope of work, schedules, and budgets. Serve as a point of contact for bid plan and spec requests, coordinate with the sales team to staff projects, and maintain repositories for plan documents and sales tools. Build project schedules, control forecasted costs, handle equipment orders and work orders, and support progress billing and cash-flow monitoring while ensuring customer satisfaction.
