Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly closing and rolling forecast processes, including accounting statement preparation, financial planning, and capital spending budgeting.
  • •Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and document variance commentary for management.
  • •Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations in alignment with GAAP, SOX, and corporate financial policies.
  • •Manage and compile quarterly physical inventory data using AS400 and MAPICS, including accuracy review of inventory count summaries and cost revaluations.
  • •Complete year-end financial and tax reporting requirements and annual government surveys; support profit plan creation and present inputs to the division.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Finance/Accounting.
  • •Reside within the immediate area of Charlotte, North Carolina (50-mile radius).

  • •Knowledge of accounting systems such as Oracle Financials, Hyperion, QlikView, Vista, Mentor, Power BI, or MAPICS.
