Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, including driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth through Small Business development and new client strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; ensure required training is completed.
  • •Lead human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • •Promote the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values in the team and represent the branch through community involvement and partnership with IRM and operations partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including applicable NMLS background check.
