Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a project team of analysts and consultants, creating project execution plans and delivering end-to-end projects with Commission Directors.
  • •Lead client engagements to capture data, analysis, and modelling requirements, including explaining and capturing client needs and facilitating workshops.
  • •Develop end-to-end data processes and data models, and design data solutions in collaboration with clients and their IT teams.
  • •Build dashboards and visualisations, run business and model scenarios, and support clients in using model outputs for decision-making.
  • •Test and conduct assurance checks of implemented solutions, and prepare written and presentation materials for project progress and client pitches/business generation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record delivering data and analytics projects across a wide range of initiatives.
  • •Ability to program in DAX, Python, VBA, and SQL to build and support data solutions.
  • •Experience with data warehousing, data modelling, and understanding dimensions, measures, metadata and schemas.
  • •Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with strong BI and reporting architecture knowledge.
  • •Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g., MoSCoW) to understand client requirements, along with Agile delivery experience.
