Lead Machine Learning Scientist, Search

Build and ship advanced ML models that power customer search across Monzo’s financial products. As a technical lead and individual contributor, you’ll work with a cloud-native, data-rich platform and collaborate with Backend, Product, and Data/ML Scientists to improve discovery. Focus on user and product embeddings, contextual bandits, and personalized ranking, delivering scalable, explainable, responsible AI solutions with measurable impact in production.
