Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Principal Contracting delivery client base, services, and solutions.
  • •Deliver Principal Contracting projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards while managing commercial, contractual, and operational risk.
  • •Lead procurement, supplier management, and payment processes under the Principal Contracting Delivery model.
  • •Identify and secure new project opportunities; support bids, tenders, and proposals including solution development and presentations.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and manage project talent; lead performance reviews and develop succession plans aligned to future business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ project management experience in a Principal Project Management/Delivery environment focused on Principal Contracting (Turnkey) delivery models.
  • •5+ years’ experience developing new project opportunities.
  • •Proven P&L ownership and commercial management experience, including ownership of financial performance for delivered projects.
  • •Strong supply chain and vendor management experience, including leading procurement, supplier management, and payment processes.
  • •Fluency in German and English.
