Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own Vietnam’s campaign calendar, aligning it with regional and global priorities and coordinating local leads to deliver multi-channel campaigns on time.
  • •Set the media mix and lead budget allocation across channels in partnership with the Global Growth Marketing team.
  • •Guide creative strategy using performance data by shaping briefs and deciding when to scale, pause, or refresh.
  • •Translate performance marketing insights into guidance on where Canva should invest to drive MAU and revenue in Vietnam.
  • •Understand and translate measurement toolkits (MMM, incrementality studies, MMP, and platform data) into clear direction for the team, while contributing to partnership strategy and partner evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Well-rounded marketing experience across branding and multi-channel campaign management, comfortable managing both campaign briefs and media plans.
  • •Experience building and running campaign calendars, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver on time.
  • •Strong understanding of media buying principles and measurement (MMM, lift studies, incrementality testing) to guide strategy and budget decisions.
  • •Experience developing partnership strategy and negotiating directly with partners from first conversation to signed agreement.
  • •Strong cross-functional operating skills: coordinating without direct authority and keeping diverse teams aligned in a fast-paced environment.
