Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and site health reports for in-house Trust & Safety teams within APAC.
•Provide subject matter expertise and evidence-based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
•Develop tailored wellbeing programming interventions at the site level, customized to cultural and business needs.
•Set and monitor wellbeing productivity targets with vendor clinicians and ensure appropriate coverage for site support.
•Deliver psychoeducational training to leaders and frontline teams, monitor/evaluate strategy effectiveness, and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Post-graduate degree (or equivalent) in health psychology, behavioural science, or another relevant health behaviour field.
•3+ years of experience supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs in a corporate context.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
•Experience providing consultancy on complex topics in a business environment and leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels.
•Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
