Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up required site facilities (maintenance workshop, warehousing, office space, IT and communications).
  • •Recruit, manage, and develop all site personnel.
  • •Facilitate training for customer operators and technicians and manage commissioning of new equipment delivered to site.
  • •Ensure spares and parts availability, including drilling consumables, and manage working capital focused on inventory and receivables.
  • •Establish safety standards aligned to Epiroc Global Sustainability Policy and set up profitable service agreements with customers while delivering SLA-based service improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Proven experience in project management.
  • •Be able to communicate in Mandarin.
  • •Experience working with OEM mining equipment.
  • •Sales or customer-facing experience within mining solutions, with sound knowledge of mining operations and site-based environments.
