BPO PE and Fund accounting Sr Specialist

Own fund accounting operations for complex private equity structures, including maintaining books and records and calculating net asset values. Review financial statements, quarterly performance metrics, carried interest/performance/incentive fees, and investor allocations for capital calls and distributions. Coordinate partner capital account statements, transaction processing, and client reporting, while supervising production analysts and serving as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
