Job Summary

Oversee legacy Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) portfolio programs, setting program plans and tactical direction with multifunctional teams and subcontractors. Integrate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations performance. Lead customer-facing Program Management Reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings, coordinate cross-prime interactions, manage cost/quality/schedule, develop domestic and international growth strategies, and travel as needed for business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Set program plan, vision, and tactical direction for legacy EWS programs with multifunctional teams and subcontractors.
•Integrate performance across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams.
•Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), and coordinate customer Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
•Manage opportunity, cost, quality, schedule, performance, and technical aspects of the program.
•Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areas; maintain customer relationships and travel as needed.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Program and/or project management experience, including integrated product team lead (IPTL) and/or cost account management (CAM).
•Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
•Experience with production and/or sustainment programs.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
