Key Responsibilities

  • •Set program plan, vision, and tactical direction for legacy EWS programs with multifunctional teams and subcontractors.
  • •Integrate performance across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams.
  • •Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), and coordinate customer Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
  • •Manage opportunity, cost, quality, schedule, performance, and technical aspects of the program.
  • •Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areas; maintain customer relationships and travel as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Program and/or project management experience, including integrated product team lead (IPTL) and/or cost account management (CAM).
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with production and/or sustainment programs.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
