Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate predictive and machine-learning models for business needs, addressing predictive and prescriptive questions.
  • •Conduct quantitative analysis, including hypothesis testing and root-cause analysis, on large datasets with more autonomy.
  • •Create data structures and transformations to support analysis and working groups’ business questions.
  • •Apply statistical analysis and machine learning to develop, maintain, and anticipate model implementation considerations.
  • •Communicate model insights and improvements to peers, and support model health and continuous process improvements.

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, predictive modeling, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience (or 1+ year with a Master’s or PhD).
  • •Ability to create data structures/transformations and identify information needed for business analysis.
  • •Proficiency with hypothesis testing and root-cause analysis for large datasets with more autonomy.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining predictive and machine-learning models, including model health/risk considerations and implementation communication.
