  • •Conduct Safety Walk and Talks to ensure team compliance with safety protocols and implement best 5S practices.
  • •Lead shift huddles with priorities and task assignment; publish shift reports and support safe execution of engineering tests.
  • •Monitor and coordinate Work In Process (WIP) optimization, maintain product inventory accuracy, and log inventory levels and location.
  • •Train and mentor associates, lead continuous improvement activities, control costs, and maintain records for on-the-job and compliance training, performance appraisals, and timekeeping in ERP.

Salary: USD 62,500 - 89,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Meet one of: 1 year of First Solar supervisory experience; 4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing production setting, warehouse, textile, agricultural, or material inspection role; or 6 years supervisory experience plus 2 years in one of those settings.
  • •Experience in electrical, mechanical, and chemical industrial applications.
  • •Experience working with continuous improvement tools and strong decision-making skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication, organizational, and people/supervisory skills.
