Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall technical leadership and direction across assigned projects and developments.
  • •Oversee technical aspects from concept/design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Coordinate and review architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • •Establish and maintain technical strategies, standards, specifications, and procedures aligned with project requirements.
  • •Lead technical reviews, workshops, and resolution of complex engineering/design matters while monitoring deliverables against schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management (advantage).
  • •Relevant professional accreditation or chartered status (preferred).
  • •Extensive senior-level technical and engineering experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
  • •Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design and engineering teams on large-scale, complex projects.
