Partner with technical decision-makers to drive customers’ digital transformation. •Engage and reach out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers to support digital transformation efforts.
•Run data workshops to build solution implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments.
•Drive pilots/POCs and prove value, optimizing solutions and costs, then move customers to productive deployments rooted in business impact.
•Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and ongoing campaign deployment, providing solutions.
•Identify, escalate, and help resolve technical blockers (e.g., configuration changes, sample coding) while coordinating with product and support teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
•Experience building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams.
•Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, including architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
