Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop partner marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB via ISV/AI/Tech partner ecosystem.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end integrated partner co-marketing initiatives with cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • •Oversee jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • •Act as a liaison between ISV/AI/Tech partners and internal teams such as Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, and Product.
  • •Own partner marketing planning, project manage initiatives, and manage in-person joint events and partner marketing budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of marketing and partner marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • •Working knowledge of AI & Tech company offerings and a passion for evolving technologies.
  • •Experience with developer and partner marketing is a plus.
  • •Ability to work and communicate with complex internal and external sales organizations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating internal enablement and external marketing content.
