Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture of the assigned CT hardware subsystem.
  • •Lead architecture reviews and critical design reviews as primary technical authority.
  • •Define subsystem architecture strategy aligned with the platform roadmap and develop architecture specifications/technical requirements.
  • •Drive architecture trade-offs across performance, reliability, complexity, cost, and schedule.
  • •Define subsystem interfaces, lead interface/integration reviews, and ensure reliability and field performance requirements across the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related).
  • •10+ years of system engineering experience.
  • •6+ years owning architectures or providing technical leadership for complex medical devices (CT, MR, X-ray, Radiation Therapy) and/or other highly regulated systems.
  • •Solid working knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR, and ISO 14971.
  • •Ability to translate regulatory and safety requirements into subsystem architecture, requirements, risk controls, and verification plans.
