Job Summary

Directly supervise hourly associates in an Inspection Center reconditioning operation, managing the safe flow of vehicles for repairs while driving daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. Coach and develop your team, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and Quality Control standards. Review incoming inventory defects, lead technician repairs, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject vehicles based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.

•Manage the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center and meet production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
•Provide coaching, development, and performance management; ensure clear communication of expectations and goals.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and lead repair or reject decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager.
•Train associates using Quality Control standards and ensure repairs are completed effectively the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements
