Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes across production, planning, inventory management, engineering, and quality.
  • •Translate business requirements into ERP/PLM solutions and configure modules for production, BOM, routing, and manufacturing operations.
  • •Support ERP/PLM implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous enhancements, ensuring integration across ERP, PLM, MES, and supply chain systems.
  • •Maintain and optimize product structures, BOMs, and engineering data, supporting engineering change management and product release workflows.
  • •Develop training and documentation, deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live functional support and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
  • •5–8+ years of experience in ERP and/or PLM consulting within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven experience delivering ERP/PLM implementation or transformation projects.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, production planning, BOM management, routing, and inventory control.
  • •Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
