Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee TPAs’ performance through relationship management and timely escalation to ensure SLAs are met within a controlled and regulated environment.
  • •Manage day-to-day oversight of the TA oversight team, including regulatory and product change oversight so TPAs adhere to standards and service levels.
  • •Monitor performance against targets, regulatory/standard deadlines, incidents/breaches, and complaints; drive remedial actions and quality improvement communications.
  • •Maintain and develop relationships with TPAs, service providers, internal stakeholders, and local offices to ensure business requirements are understood and met.
  • •Lead and develop direct reports: set direction, manage performance, allocate resources, and build team capability through training, succession planning, and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership and management experience overseeing teams, with direct experience in transfer agency (TA) and/or oversight functions.
  • •Experience monitoring systems, processes, and service standards, including performance against targets and regulatory/service levels.
  • •In-depth knowledge of UCITS, SICAV, and QIF/FCP & ETF regulations, plus understanding of how cross-border and UK (EMEA) functions differ.
  • •Experience managing service providers and TPAs, with strong communication skills for senior internal and external audiences.
  • •Relevant business/professional qualifications or equivalent 3rd level education, with demonstrated issue resolution, organisational skills, and ability to manage under pressure.
